1) Junior Telecom Officer (Trainee) – 250 posts , Qualifiacation: BE/BTech in Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / IT
2) Junior Telecom Officer (Trainee) (Civil) – 10 posts, Qualifiacation: BE/BTech in Civil Engineering
3) Junior Telecom Officer (Trainee) (Electrical) – 10 posts, Qualifiacation: BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering
4) Junior Accounts Officer (Trainee) – 80 posts, Qualifiacation: CA/ ICWA with / without experience; or B.Com. + CA (Inter) + minimum five (5) year post-qualification experience (excluding Article Clerkship period) in a reputed Public/ Private Ltd. Company
5) Management Trainee (Marketing) – 30 posts, Qualifiacation: 2 Year full-time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management (MBA/PGDBM/etc.) with specialization in Marketing
6) Management Trainee (Human Resources) – 10 posts, Qualifiacation: 2 Year full-time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management (MBA/PGDBM/MSW/etc.) with specialization in Personnel/HR
7) Management Trainee (Legal) – 1post, Qualifiacation: Graduate with 3 Year Full time LLB or 5 Year Full Time Integrated LLB. Desirable: One year post-qualification Bar experience.
8) Management Trainee (Company Secretary) – 1post, Qualifiacation: Graduate with Associate Membership of ICSI

Pay & Emoluments:
Selected candidates will be entitled to a Stipend of Rs. 12,000/- per month during the training period. On successful completion of training they shall be appointed in the IDA Pay Scale of Rs. 10,750-300-16750 (pre-revised) and shall be on a Probation for one year. During the probation period, in addition to Basic Pay, they shall be entitled to HRA / Subsidized Company Accommodation and other benefits like Medical facilities, Productivity Link Incentives, Gratuity, Contributory Provident Fund, CCA, LTA, Leave Encashment, etc. At the minimum of the Pay Scale, the CTC is around Rs. 3.7 Lakhs per annum. The pay scales are due for revision with effect from 1st January 2007
